Azamara is rebranding in an effort to enhance their land programs.<\/h2>\n

As part of its effort to enhance its focus beyond the sea, Azamara Club Cruises recently dropped \u201cClub Cruises\u201d from its name and rebranded to just Azamara. In addition to the new name, the luxury cruise operator also produced a new logo and new land programs for cruise passengers.<\/p>\n

As a subsidiary of Royal Caribbean, Azamara is working with tour operators Cox & Kings, PerryGolf, Micato, Furlong Incoming, Aloschi Bros and others to expand their land-based programs to an estimated 1,700 tours. The rebrand will also add 3-to-6-night port stays beginning in October with all city stays and land tours occurring during mid-voyages.<\/p>\n

The rebranding effort was conducted to improve land programs and tours while also maintaining the level of excellence at sea that Azamara passengers have come to expect. With an emphasis on pre-and-post cruise activities, Azamara is focusing its rebranding efforts on offering longer port stays and overnight trips than typical cruise ships.<\/p>\n

Enhancing Azamara Land Tours<\/h3>\n

With its effort to enhance land tours for its passengers, Azamara ships and the land tours offered will include breakfast on most journeys and select meals, transfers to and from the port of call, tour directors, and local experts guiding wildlife treks.<\/p>\n

The expanded land journeys will include three main types of land tours and will include speedboat rides, African safaris and extended train journeys.<\/p>\n

Group land tours will consist of 12 to 18 guests with 3-to-6-day itineraries intended to immerse Azamara guests with locals and unique accommodations to help better connect with local experiences.<\/p>\n

Azamara Ships<\/h3>\n

Azamara has three mid-sized ships under its name including the Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest, and Azamara Pursuit. With mid-sized ships offering destinations bigger cruise ships can\u2019t access, the destinations Azamara ships are able to reach include Bangkok, Bordeaux, Seville, Hong Kong, and Shanghai to name a few.<\/p>\n

As the newest addition to the fleet, the Azamara Pursuit was launched in 2018 and has the capacity to entertain 702 guests. Amenities include a pool deck, two specialty restaurants, a spa, and a large fitness complex.<\/p>\n
