As you take your guided walk, you will admire the astounding architecture of the courtyard of the Zwinger Palace, visit the incredible baroque Semper Opera—constructed in the year 1841 and once destroyed by fire and an additional time by bombing until its final restoration in 1985; along with the recently constructed Frauenkirche. Delight in your free time during your lunch break prior to traveling on to Berlin, known as the reunited capital of Germany, where your arrival will be sometime in the afternoon.


Day 20 Berlin

Join a Local Expert today to follow on a guided tour to see some of the most important landmark sites of this vast city, which will include the Charlottenburg Palace, the stunning Kurfürstendamm, as well as the recently restored Reichstag building.
