I first met Cesar at Cruise Experts while trying to book a cruise in Hawaii on line. I was so impressed with his professionalism, and the way he just took over and made all the arrangements for me. He took a load off my shoulders. So last year (June 2009) when 7 members of my family including myself decided to go on a mediterranean Cruise of course we sought the help of Cesar.
I must say he and his colleagues at Cruise Experts put together an unforgettable Cruise. The arrangements were flawless. Everything went so smoothly.

Your attention to detail and quick action provided a wonderful, economical upgrade to a veranda room on Holland America's Ryndam! Everything about this trip was truly "first class" - and the nice bottle of California red waiting in our room was a lovely touch. I could not be more pleased with your service. When we contemplate taking another cruise, you will be the first person I contact.

I have to tell you what great experiences we have had working with Jeremy Hayes over the years. She is always on top of things, answering all questions we have, and never is too busy to return our calls. We will continue to work with her, and already have two more cruises booked by Jeremy. We love you!!

Caesar has been very helpful and courteous. I have a family of 7 so a cruise such as we are taking really does take some arranging with which you folks have really done well. I am sure when we cruise again in the future we would give you folks first opportunity to serve us.

This past Dec., we went on a family cruise to the Caribbean. I was very glad I booked the cruise using cruise experts. Jeremy was just fantastic. We went on board and forgot to print out our excursions but she came through in just hours to make sure we got our tickets. The staff is very quick at responding and for the great price, worth it all the way. Thanks cruise experts for giving us this great chance to enjoy something we always thought was way beyond our means.

Thank you for helping us with our recent vacation. You and your staff were extremely helpful in planning our last minute cruise to Alaska. I spoke with many folks that had some difficulties and disappointments with their non-on line travel agents. I was very skeptical at first, but I was happy with the information provided to make it a most pleasurable and memorable vacation.

Hi Cesar: I want to Thank you so much for putting together a professional quote for us. I have dealt with a lot of travel agents and sometimes I feel like I'm the agent because they don't get me the info I request and I end up looking in the computer for the information myself, so again Thank you for your time and professionalism. I will recommend you to others when asked about a travel agent.

Having been on many cruises we thought we'd experienced it all until we discovered CruiseExperts.com. What a difference! Our first cruise they surprised us with a fabulous upgrade to a spacious veranda suite. Then they found us the perfect Alaska cruise within our budget. It couldn't have been easier! Wow! Traveling overseas to a foreign country for the first time can be an overwhelming task. Dean Barreca was a tremendous help to me in planning a trip with my daughter to Italy and Greece. He was a great listener and quickly grasped exactly what I wanted to accomplish while keeping things within my budget. He offered suggestions that I would have never known about if I had not spoken to him and he saved us money in ways that didn't benefit him at all. He truly looks out for the client's best interest which is a rare thing to find these days. My daughter and I had a trip that we will never forget and we owe Dean a big thank you for all of his help and suggestions that were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend him to anyone planning a cruise.
