You’ll start your journey in Istanbul, Turkey for two nights. Istanbul is situated between the Sea of Marmar and the Black Sea.

You’ll be able to visit palaces and imperials mosques significant in the advancement of Judaism and Christianity. If you’re looking for souvenirs, you’ll want to go shopping at the famous Grand Bazaar.

Your Holy Land tour will begin in Tel Aviv with your first stop in Jaffa. Tour the Roman Amphitheater and Crusader Fortress while in Caesarea.

In Megiddo you’ll walk the battlegrounds where battles between Assyrians, Canaanites, Egyptians, Greeks, Israelites, Persians, Philistines and Romans took place.

Enjoy the view of Jezreel Valley in Muhraqa.

You’ll spend the night in Tiberias near the Sea of Galilee.

Many people choose to renew their wedding vows in Cana at the sacred wedding place where Jesus turned the water into wine.

In Nazareth, you’ll be able to tour the Church of the Annunciation and St. Joseph’s Church. You’ll see Mary’s Well and the Church of the angel Gabriel.

The best way to experience the Sea of Galilee is onboard a boat for a 45-minute cruise. After your cruise, you’ll walk the Mount of Beatitudes.

In Tabgha you’ll tour Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes and the Church of St. Peter’s Primacy.

There’s a stop at the ancient city of Bet She’an at the bottom of Mt. Gilboa in order to see the Roman and Byzantine relics.

For five nights you’ll be staying in Jerusalem with daily excursions to visit the many historical sites. In Ein Karem you’ll tour the Church of St. John the Baptist and the Church of Visitation.

In Bethlehem you’ll see the Shepherd’s field where on one glorious night the angels appeared. You’ll tour the Church of the Nativity which is the site where Jesus was born.

There’s also a stop at the Garden Tomb in the holy garden.

During a guided walking tour you’ll see the Mount of Olives and the Garden of Gethsemane and the Rock of Agony.

You’ll follow the Via Dolorosa, the path to Golgotha. Tour the Church of the Holy Sepulchre which was erected on the crucifixion site. You’ll walk by the Temple Mount, the Dome of the Rock, and the Wailing Wall as well.

Finish your walk at Mount Zion and visit the upper room, the tomb of King David and the House of Caiaphas.

On the tenth day, you’ll journey to the Dead Sea. A cable car will take you to the Fortress of Masada built on top of a cliff. There’s time in the afternoon to explore and test the heavy water of the Dead Sea.

Your last day in Jerusalem leaves you time at your leisure to explore, attend a mass or service or take an optional excursion to the Israel Museum or the Holocaust Memorial at Yad Vashem.

    I am a widower and would be travelling alone but willing to share room/cabin with another single male if possible to cut down on the expense.Would you furnish me with further details in this regard including dates of itinery, costs etc.
